Alex Dowsett talks about staying active with Haemophilia before his #PerfectHour record attempt

On Saturday the elite cyclist, Alex Dowsett, is attempting to break the world record for how far he can cycle in an hour.

As well as going all out for the record he is hoping to inspire people in the bleeding disorders community.  In this video Alex explains how his high levels of fitness helps him manage his Haemophilia.  He also discusses the temptation for parents to encourage children with a bleeding disorder to do “safe” things and urges everyone to get more active.

He is hoping that his #PerfectHour record attempt will have a big impact in the bleeding disorders community.
