Thanks to the teenagers that turned out to Haemophilia Scotland’s 3rd Annual Go Karting Championship on Saturday at Knockhill Racing Circuit.
The weather was perfect and the atmosphere was buzzing! Our event coincided with a Paul Walker tribute event so there was lots to see.
All up, we had 7 teenagers racing competitively! There were only seconds difference between the top 3 winners.
Following the race, we ate lunch together and enjoyed the opportunity to meet new people.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of injuries as a result of the go karting. It’s the first time we’ve had injuries at our go karting events that’s required a visit to the hospital. The boys handled their injuries very stoically and we are pleased to hear they’re at home now.
