David Lidington, Minister for the Cabinet Office, is to make a statement in the House of Commons today on the Infected Blood Inquiry and is expected to announce the Terms of Reference.
The statement is expected to start at 6pm following the Prime Minister’s statement on the European Council meeting in June.
