This week is Self-Management Week and the theme this year is “My Wellbeing, My Life.” Self management is not about going it alone – it’s about being able to shape how you want to be supported, and what matters to you and your life.
Self management is a culture change and it’s about meeting people where they are.
Everyone has a self management story and have the skills, tools and resources that they can share as part of this wider conversation around how to support people’s health and wellbeing.
