Annual General Meeting – 30 May 2015

The 2014 AGM
The 2014 AGM of Haemophilia Scotland

There is a lot going on this 30th of May.  Lots of you are already signed up for our Hepatitis C Information Day or the Children and Families Pirate Golf Day.

We will be taking advantage of having so many many people in Fife to hold our Annual General Meeting.  The AGM is very important.  It is your chance to find out about our plans for the future and to have your say.

Where: The Vine Venue, Dunfermline, KY11 4JU
Date: Sat 30th May 2015

Time: tbc – after lunch

There are no steps in this venue and there is free car parking on site. If you are coming by train then the Dunfermline Queen Margaret Train Station is less than 15minutes walk from the venue.

We are very lucky to have a dedicated group of Trustees with a wide range of skills.  However, we are always looking to strengthen the team.  Constitutionally, all our Trustees will be standing down at the AGM although many will be standing for election again.  Papers will go out in the next few weeks and we’d encourage all our members to consider standing.  We are only as strong as the ideas and energy of our community.

You don’t have to book to attend the AGM but it is helpful to us to know how many people are coming.  Let us know by filling in the short form below.
