Haemophilia Scotland is happy to introduce to you our new mentors! Each mentor has lots of experience raising a family with a bleeding disorder and they have taken the time out of their own personal lives to give back to the bleeding disorder community by sharing their own experiences of the challenges they have faced and overcome. There are lots of stories that I have found particularly interesting and our training day was full of chatter about family life in general. It really demonstrated the importance of coming together and exchanging experiences and it made our team of mentors connect on a more personal level. Our mentors would love to meet other families to continue to build a more supportive and inclusive community.
