Haemophilia Scotland are partnering with the Scottish Infected Blood Forum (SIBF) to carry out a survey of those who were infected and affected in Scotland.
We have prepared a short on-line questionnaire to capture your views. The on-line questionnaire is brief, can be completed anonymously and should only take you approximately 5 minutes to complete.

There will also be several on-line meetings organised by SIBF and Haemophilia Scotland where you will be invited to share and discuss views around this questionnaire and the wider compensation consultation Sir Robert Francis is undertaking. There will be holding 3 ‘Zoom’ meetings between 16th – 19th November to make the meetings as accessible as possible, for as many of you as possible who have been impacted by Scottish infected blood/blood products. We will be in touch in due course to share the details of how to sign-up to these meetings.
Given Sir Robert Francis has now issued time-limiting deadlines with space-limiting virtual meetings, it is all the more imperative that those living in Scotland and those who received contaminated blood/products in Scotland have a strong voice to respond collectively via the representative charities, SIBF and Haemophilia Scotland.
Haemophilia Scotland and SIBSS will also be sending out questionnaire invites too. Please only complete the questionnaire once. We’d be very grateful if you could share the survey links to family members and others you know who’ve been impacted so they can also give their views.
The deadline for questionnaire submissions is midnight Sunday 21st November.
