Yesterday, Adele Tait, Caitlin Tumilowicz and David Keir (AKA the Terrific Trio!) disregarded any inhibitions over heights and bravely leaped 10,000 feet out of a plane to skydive for Haemophilia Scotland.
There were previous attempts to jump but unfortunately the weather didn’t allow, so we are pleased the weather held up yesterday for them.
Collectively, over £1,000 was raised. We are immensely thankful and appreciative of this tremendous fundraising effort! All funds raised will go towards our programme of supporting, informing and advocating for our bleeding disorders community.
Adele Tait writes,
On the 27th of August, in memory of my soulmate David Tumilowicz, our small close network of family and friends will be travelling to St Andrews to jump out of a plane at 10,000 ft. We are doing this to commemorate him and remember him in our own type of way as this was forever top of his bucket list.
David passed away on the 20th May 2017 of ischemic heart disease which went undiagnosed due to no symptoms persisting whilst climbing mount Snowdon in memory of my son.
This was a massive blow to us, all of us.
He was, is and will always be the love of my life.
Below are some pictures from their day.

Yesterday was an experience , today is a gift…
Many many thanks to all who supported us through this entire process and to of course Caitlins extended family for all the sales and cakes made to raise part of the funding
David would be so proud of all of you
