Thank you for deciding to bring a matter to the attention of the Chair of our Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the charity and for the line management of the Director. You might also want to raise issues with the Co-Chairs about the conduct of another member of our Board of Trustees in connection with their board duties. All other matters should be raised with our Director.
