Feedback, Complaints, and Concerns

We work hard to make sure that everyone who has contact with Haemophilia Scotland has a good experience.  However, we know that from time to time we won’t get everything right. Your feedback is vital for us to continue to improve the services we offer.

We have three processes for raising a concern, making a complaint, or giving us feedback.  Please select the process which is most appropriate for you.

Our Fundraising

There is specific guidance for Scottish charities about how to deal with concerns about fundraising activities.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of our fundraising work please visit our Fundraising Concerns page.

Our Other Activities

If you would like to get in touch about any of our non-fundraising activities, including the actions of our staff or volunteers, please visit our Raise it with the CEO page.

The CEO or Board Members

If your concern relates to the activities of the CEO or relates to the actions of members of the Board of Trustee (in their capacity as Trustees rather than as a volunteer) you may feel it is more appropriate to use our Raise it with the Chair page.
