We are thrilled to have received a three-year grant from the Women’s Fund for Scotland to support our work with women and girls affected by bleeding disorders. In Year 1, we hosted a dedicated conference that created space for connection, shared experiences, and open discussion around the challenges faced by women and girls in our community. We are now in Year 2, which focuses on identifying gaps in information, support, and advocacy. We are currently encouraging women and girls affected by a bleeding disorder to complete our survey, which will play a vital role in shaping the next stages of the project. The insights gathered will help us plan for Year 3, when we will host a second conference and begin taking meaningful steps towards addressing the issues identified.
