The Cabinet Office has published on 31st March 2025 what it has called a “user-friendly explainer” to the Infected Blood Compensation Scheme.
The document repeats much of what has been said previously, but the formatting is easier to follow than the standard Cabinet Office Guidance notes. At various points it refers the reader back to the February Guidance note which has also been updated to 31st March 2025. It is not clear what changes have been made.
