Today, on #WorldMentalHealthDay, we want to remind everyone in our community that it’s okay not to be okay — and that support is always available. 💚

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as managing your physical wellbeing. Whether you’re living with a bleeding disorder yourself, supporting a loved one, or part of the wider community — remember, you’re not alone.

This is a reminder that in Scotland there is a free service available across the country offering psychological support and talking therapies to all patients with inherited bleeding disorders — young and older — and their families.
