Last week, Haemophilia Scotland sent a letter to Rt Hon Alex Burghart MP, Parliamentary Secretary (Cabinet Office) regarding his statement to the Commons on 24th November on the Infected Blood Inquiry (IBI) and compensation framework. We have written to Mr Burghart to ask for assurances that work has been undertaken since Sir Robert Francis KC delivered his Compensation Framework Study on the 14th March 2022.
