We are aware of there being some ongoing issues with the Lloyds Home Delivery Service, including long wait times on the phone, not all the factor being delivered together or not enough to complete a dose.
We have reached out to Lloyds for comment and hope these issues will be resolved swiftly. We will post any updates from them on this page.
In the meantime, please let your Haemophilia Centre know if you are having difficulty getting a delivery and they, with enough notice, will help as much as possible.
