We have been made aware this afternoon that Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare is closing their call centre in Glasgow on the 30th November.
At this stage, we are trying to find out more and establish what impact, if any, this will have on our members.

I was speaking to one of Lloyd’s drivers today, he told me that only office staff at Lloyd’s are being relocated. The call centre in Glasgow is to be turned into a bigger lloyds warehouse. Delivery to patients will not be affected in any way.
