Registration for our Clan Gathering & AGM is now open! Join us at our annual gathering of our membership from across all of Scotland! This event is the perfect chance to connect with our Scottish bleeding disorders community, learn more about treatments and build a mutual support network.

BY ROAD
Follow the M80 and exit at Junction 6A.
From Glasgow City Centre: 15 miles, around 20 minutes drive
From Edinburgh City Centre: 36 miles, around 1 hour’s drive
BY RAIL
Croy Train Station: 3.5 miles, around 5 minutes drive (taxis are available from the station taxi rank)
Glasgow Queen Street to Croy Station: Average journey time around 13 minutes
Edinburgh Waverley to Croy Station: Average journey time around 39 minutes
BY AIR
Glasgow and Edinburgh airports are both within easy reach via the M80
Glasgow Airport: 23 miles, around a 35 minute transfer by taxi
Edinburgh Airport: 30 miles, around a 45 minute transfer
Parking:
All attendees visiting the hotel will need to register their cars at the main reception to avoid a payment charge. Once the car is registered the parking is free of charge.
Accommodation:
The hotel has offered our attendees a special discounted rate for bed and breakfast accommodation. If you’d like to stay the night before the Clan Gathering, feel free to do so at your own expense. The rates for rooms are:
- Single occupancy: £145.00
- Double: £155.00
- Family: £165.00
If you’d like to book a room, please specify when you register on Eventbrite. We will then contact you to make arrangements to book with the hotel.
Creche
We will have creche facilities available on the day run by The Indigo Childcare Group.
Please indicate on your ticket if you would like to use the mobile creche.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for all attendees in the main restaurant of the hotel. Please email us at hello@haemophilia.scot if you have any dietary requirements.
