Introduction
Living with a bleeding disorder can bring unique physical challenges and accessing regular physiotherapy isn’t always easy. That’s why, back by popular demand, we’re delighted to relaunch our “Join the Movement” Virtual Physiotherapy Programme for adults in Scotland aged 18+ living with a bleeding disorder.
You have to be a Haemophilia Scotland member to take part. Not a member already? It’s FREE to join at http://www.haemophilia.scot/join
This specialised, online initiative is designed to empower people with bleeding disorders, improve physical wellbeing, and support confidence and independence all from the comfort of home.
Overcoming Accessibility Hurdles:
For many in our bleeding disorders community, attending regular physiotherapy sessions can be a logistical challenge. Whether it’s the distance to the nearest clinic, scheduling conflicts, or the ups-and-downs of life with a bleeding disorder, in-person visits can be daunting. It’s time for an inclusive solution that prioritises flexibility, accessibility, and personalised care.
